Fingerprint Recognition MATLAB

This Fingerprint Recognition project should be written in MATLAB and would make use of Image processing toolbox. It should be based on minutiae detection. The project should be able to implement two phases:- Enrollment (fingerprints stored in a database) and Identification & comparison from new input image. Please read attached text. You can use any algorithm for this purpose or your own , but it should have something novel that is not readily available on the internet. I am not saying that it should be completely new, but at least some part should be novel, Although new implementation may not as successful as others. (If u cant implement something new but still have some implementation in MATLAB , even then please bid and specify.) Price is Negotiable but Only 3 days to design it. I am also giving some sample code available on the internet. If you can just modify some given code by combining them, please message me. Thanks ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
