Data entry: check mail on Yahoo and save to text file

I have a mail account on Yahoo and my clients send me the mails. The project involves reading those mails and extracting the required information from those mails. The information from the mails is to be saved in excel file or may be csv.(csv file is a text file having comma separated values) *****Remember: All the duplicate values should be removed from the records you submit. The output to be submitted would be that file. Currently I'm posting it for testing your work, and so the price is for 4 hrs of work of yours. Let me know how many records you can enter in those 4 hrs, it is the basic criteria. bid amount is also most important in selecting the bidder, because i have tight budget. If you complete the work fully satisfying me, I can post whole project of entering all my mails (about 7000 records) for you, but if u did not satisfy me, i will have to find someone else. Thanks for your time and happy bidding. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
