How To Doc And Minor Code Corrections Possibly

I am looking for someone to go through both the user area and the admin area of a site that I just recently took over and make a short "how to" meaning a how to use the site from both a user and an admin perspective. It would help if you are a programmer, as then I would like to have the site gone through to correct any issues that there may be wrong with the site. This is a very easy job for someone that has experience with this, but I just dont have the time right now. Please PM for more information.
