Develope a Very Simple & Small Desktop SEO Software Coded in Adobe Air to Work on Both Mac and PC Computers

Hello, I'm looking for a professional software developer to build a very simple SEO software (desktop application for me), this software is very small in size and will practically take 2 weeks to 1 month for completion. The software does 3 basic things... 1: scrape Youtube channels based on certain strings 2: scrape pages on internet based on certain strings (or footprints as some may call it) 3: Submit/embed Youtube video + written content on 30 web 2.0 blogs which will include sites such as [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL] etc and produce the submission report with links. And some other mini functions but these are the 3 basic functions, this is something I usually do manually but I want to build a solid desktop application to automate the entire process. NOTE: this software must be developed with Adobe Air so that it will be compatible with both Mac and PC computers.
