Creating of penny auction / bidding website

My partner and I need 100% working penny pay to bid auction website. Bidders with working demo's or examples of their work will be most likely to be chosen. The site must have all the same features as the [login to view URL] website. The same auction types and tools must be present (including an auto-bid system). You will complete all site requirements below. The site must work with no bugs at all. The payment will be made once a complete working site is done and working to standards. Site must have an easy to use control panel to control the site 100% Below are the site requirements: [login to view URL] registration and account verification. [login to view URL] fully automatic bid system - the ability for users to place there bids automaticly similar to quibids. 4. A newsletter sign up system and newsletter sending capability. 5. [login to view URL] as the payment gateway by default. 6. A Set up for Buying bid packages. 7. The bid timer should be set up so that under 20 seconds if a bid is set the timer resets back to 20 seconds, then once the bid price hits 2% of the items worth it only resets to 15seconds, after 3.5% of the items worth it resets to 10 seconds. (This is how it should be set originally but the times and percentages should be customizable) 8. General pages such as terms and conditions and a help section which you can edit. Add your own pages also. 9. The ability for members to login, update their account, purchase more bids and pay for their won auctions. 10. Ability for users to receive free bids for registering, for winning their first auction and for buying bid packages for the first time,also for referring a friend. ABOVE ALL ELSE - The site must be VERY easy on the eyes, easy to use (no super long registration forms) ***upon satisfaction of work and success of the site the winning bidder will be considered for possible iphone application / android application that will work in conjunction with the site(separate project do not include in bid price)*** ## Deliverables [login to view URL] requirements notice: As originally posted, this bid request does not have complete details.
