Geocode Longitude and Latitude from Text File of Addresses

This project is for an application which can read a text file of single line addresses (1 per line) submit those international addresses to multiple geocoding sites, and produce a .csv file with all of the results and address verification according to each site. The output file should contain: Column 1: Original Address Column 2: Latitude,Longitude according to Google Column 3: Address verification according to Google Column 4: Latitude,Longitude according to Yahoo Column 5: Address verification according to Yahoo Column 6: Latitude,Longitude according to Terraserver Column 7: Address verification according to Terraserver Column 8: Latitude,Longitude according to Ibegin Column 9: Address verification according to Ibegin Column 10: Mathematical average Latitude,mathematical average Longitude for found locations. Source file could contain up to 50,000 address from every country around the world. Alternative or additional geocoders to the above will be considered. Because of the size of the input file, optimization is a must. Maximum accuracy is important. Please do not round up or down geocoder results. Application should have a running counter so user can see how many records have been processed so far during runtime. Budget for this is very small since most of the basic code is in the in two sites above. 100% of bid chosen will be placed into escrow and released upon demonstration or delivery of project.
