Regular work on WP or Magento (theme customizations, plugins creation, etc)

We are a software development firm and need more web designers and developers, as we have too much work at the moment. We need experienced developers in: - Wordepress 3+ - WooCommerce - Custom plugins/themes, customizations of existing stuff - Magento - Custom extensions/templates, customizations of existing stuff - HTML4/5 - CSS2/3 - Javascript (jQuery), Ajax - Bootstrap Framework - LAMP stack (PHP and MySQL) We dont care about huge portfolios and we dont want to see them, please send us max 5 links to plugins/extensions/themes you developed for WP and Magento. We are happy to work with individual people or teams. You must be online AT LEAST 8h a day. If you dont update us on project progress at least once every 24h, you're fired. We cant afford to waste time chasing you around to know if youre doing your job. Some times we will need you full time for a week or more, so you must be able to manage workload responsibly and professionally (dont accept more work if you cant deliver on time). ----------------------- We will test this work relationship with something pretty easy: - we already have a fully working template for WordPress - we have a list of customizations you must do (set up the layout we want for certain pages, change colors, make it work with WooCommerce) - style the WooCommerce pages following the existing template style - remove stuff from template that we dont want (some custom post types and unnecessary options from the template) - improve template (add some custom fields and display content in frontend, replacing some existing template functions) - Must be completed in 48h - You will work on our server - You must start immediately (we are online, we can guide you through every task we need and explain in detail) - Paid in full as soon as project is completed If we like you, we have a lot of work for you, as soon as you're done with this :) Budget is $250, if you're late on delivery we will cut it down 10% for every day you are late. We dont like to waste our money... do you?
