Amazon MWS auto-repricer

We need an Amazon MWS Repricer with functions described below. We post this project to find someone who is experienced in Amazon MWS (and Product Advertising API preferably). Please suggest an ER diagram made with MySQL workbench (update the file attached) and/or show us your previous work similar to this project. FUNCTIONS A. Product Listing (one by one) 1. System reads an ASIN, ISBN or EAN/JAN code that user enters in a form. 2. System shows item information and a list of competitors 3. User enters item price, shipping channel (Merchant or Amazon/FBA), conditions, etc. User also selects whether or not to use C. Repricing feature. B. Listing (multiple items) System reads a list of ASIN, ISBN and EAN/JAN code (mixed) and do A. Listing (one by one) for each placement. C. Re-pricing System re-prices existing listings on Amazon for each user. This function is similar to: [login to view URL] D. Users should be able to receive emails when prices are updated or items are sold. E. Max # of items will be set individually to a group users belong to. We will try to monitor and keep track of updates so that we can let you know as soon as possible if anything goes wrong. We will post an issue or comment on commits in such cases. We ask you to check the repository frequently during the development. Database schema We'd like to have a Skype meeting upfront to discuss technical specs including database schema. Unless otherwise stated, we will provide a MySQL workbench file that contains suggestions for schema that we think best suits our purpose. Please have a look at the diagram in advance and give us your feedbacks. Language Please note that language is very important to us. We want to make sure that every trivial error message such as "Password must be at least 6 letter long." to be translatable to our language. We use Codeigniter/i18n so we can always compare the original English version to the Japanese version. Please use placeholders to avoid redundancy.
