PHP Urgent Job

I need a php coder for quick job to make a modification to a existing cloaker script. It basically displays a page based on the cloaking rules set. Here how it works. 1. Check user ip and see if its on the list to display a cloaked page. 2. Sets a cookie on load so that on next visit user see the same page visited last. 3. If a visitor comes from ip not on cloaking ip list they are displayed different pages randomly say [login to view URL] and page2.php. Please check the attached file to see how it works. Now the modifcations I need are following. 1. Add a user-agent rule for cloaking and see if page has to be cloaked. Examples below user-agent *[login to view URL] zyborg bot *Android* *iPhone* Optional *[login to view URL]* *MarketDefenderBot* 2. Add a referer rule for cloaking to see if page has to be cloaked. Examples below Referer *websense* [login to view URL]* [login to view URL]* *[login to view URL] *[login to view URL] *maya* *[login to view URL] *[login to view URL] /intern/ads/[login to view URL] url?sa=d 3. Add a host-name rule for cloaking to see if page has to be cloaked. Can be done with PHP gethostbyaddr. Examples below. host-name *as13448* *websense* *blackspider* *amazonaws* *[login to view URL] *[login to view URL]* 4. Add a url variable rule for cloaking. Basically look for some given variables in url and if finds any it cloaks. For example we have put these on cloaking list c1=0192, f3={1029} and if a visitor visits our website say [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] d=1029&f3={1029} they are to be cloaked.
