a Game like like Farmville on Facebook

I would like someone to create a game for me like how farmville is for my social networking site the game must allow users to do daily task in it like watch TV, Study,Go to the club,but in a simple way like how FARMVILLE is further more the administrator must have a way to interface with the game and place things like logos and text in the game for example " the player wants watch TV the admin should be able to state what Brand of TV it is,so the that the TV can have a little bubble over it saying the brand or a logo on its side saying the brand,these logos or text must be able to change as brands may change.
