javascript button

I need a skinnable javsscript button that can be simply embedded in web pages. the javsscript code for the button would be hosted on my website and the images for the button would also be hosted on my website. the button would be around 200px x 90px and when mouse over would change image/color and when clicked would display another tab for input (textbox and another button) when the inner button is clicked the button does a http post to my websever (does not change the current state of the webpage) for example in my myspace page i insert the script and when i view the page i click the button and then i enter my name then click the second button and my name is sent to my web server but the browser still points to the myspace page. all the script and images msut be hosted on my web server but for the project they can be hosted local. The button must be easy to embed and cross browser compatible and also be able to insert into html emails for many clients (e.g. lotus notes, gmail, outlook etc. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform html + javascript
