Fix bugs in Wordpress plugin(Egyptian programmers preferred)

Hi, I have a costume codded wordpress plugin which helps display various types of [login to view URL] advertisements on a Wordpress blog. There are two parts of this project: 1) Bug Fixing: There are 3 bugs that I've found in the plugin and I would want them fixed. The list of the bugs will be provided in a private message since I can not disclose the plugins details in public. 2) Feature Enhancement: The plugin has a feature named "XYZ Feature". This feature itself has 3 major flaws. There is another plugin (plugin2) that has the same feature "XYZ Feature". I want you to study the "XYZ Feature" of plugin2 and modify my plugins "XYZ Feature" to be as good as plugin2's. More details will be provided in the PMB. This project is under NDA and it needs to be urgently completed. My Payment terms are: a) 10% escrow once the project is given to programmer. b) Next 30% escrow when programmer fixes the first 3 bugs. c) Next 30% escrow when programmer completes "Feature Enhancement". d) Finally, last 30% escrow and RELEASE after programmer transfers the complete bug free plugin fully tested.
