EXPERT CSS + SMARTY system knowledge for a skinning job

I am looking for a person who knows very well CSS coding, has worked with SMARTY template system. It would also be good if you know PHP/mysql, but this probably is not required. My project consists of 2 parts. I want the design of my homepage (based on SMARTY templates) to be copied over to WordPress & KnowledgeBuilder. 1) WordPress, you need to copy the design, so the blog looks exactly like a part of the website (matching look). This means same colors, same size of things, fonts, colors, footer. 2) KnowledgeBuilder, you need to copy my design, to my installation of KnowledgeBuilder. This KB software is from this company > [login to view URL] According to this company, KB is using Smarty too, so you should be able to modify its templates make my KB look exactly like my homepage. So, in summary, this is a skinning job. However, you do not need to create a design for me (because it already exists). What you need is good knowledge of CSS (because you will need to perhaps rewrite certain parts of it), you will need SMARTY knowledge, this way you don't have to learn things from scratch. Any extra skill that you have is good, and can result in future work together. If you are interested in doing this project, please post a bid and answer the following questions in your message to me: 1) When is the soonest you will start? 2) How long will it take you to finish this project? 3) Will you be online on instant messenger every day, as you work on this project and show me your progress? 4) Please include a couple of URLs of best coding that you have done (please show me only examples of your own actual work, where you had spend hours writing codes (css, javascript, ajax, php) ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
