Easy thumbnail creator like ipix rimfire

I'm in need of an easy thumbnail creator like the solution provided by IPix (Rimfire) [login to view URL] Its a very straight forward little application. Not only do I need to be able to do these simple image size modifications, but also the app actually post over with a form post and allow for me to grab and upload the images, just like a file select form box. I need the app to create a thumbnail and also send over the larger image with the form post, with thumbnail based on settings on the page (a width and height restriction). If the image has extra space, there must be a setting for background color for the extra space. Lets say i'm allowing for a 125x125 thumbnail... the person wants to use an image thats 250x500. This image is taller than it is wide, so the thumbnail image will be created with color space on the left and right. Of course, this color set on the page with the java application. Anyway, look at the demo of rimfire and you'll get the idea. Also, i will need a setting to put an initial image... say my company logo and instructions to click here. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). 4) I own full rights to application, and want all source code involved. ## Platform Being that I would like the application to be developed using Java, it should run on a variety of platforms and browsers.
