Joomla & Zoo Warp framework - Maxi Menu CK implementation

We need a serious web developer who's got very good skill in Joomla and has good knowledge of Yootheme Warp Framework and Maxi Menu CK. This developer need to have very good knowledge with CSS as well (in order to design some parts). We need this developer to implement the Maxi Menu CK component / plugin in a multilingual Joomla website in order to remplace the main menu. Then, we need him to fully design & customise the menu with multicolumns / multirows, modules load in submenu, dynamic tabs etc. Please not that the website is multilingual (4 languages). Please check attached pictures to have a preview of the work that needs to be done. We will need this developer for other tasks on the website. We need someone who is very specialised and has very good skills. We don't want a developer that is lost in 2000 and don't know what he's doing. I'm a developer myself so I will know exactly the amount of work this project represent and I will immediately know if someone is trying to bullshit and lies to me. The deadline is very tight, I need this to be done in 2 days. I repeat, if you don't know or have never worked with Warp Framework / UIkit / Zoo / Yootheme / Maxi Menu CK or equivalent and if you don't speak proper english, DO NOT bid on this project.
