Our website is http://www.aspireaviation.com. We need to customise the login form currently found in themes -> Spotlight -> Templates -> page-part-login.php. 2 requirements are needed: 1.) Add extra fields, including a dropdown as in the attached image. 2.) Save the information from extra fields to the corresponding fields found in WishList Members (a separate membership plugin we use to store subscribers data)
