online job site with video upload function

Hi, I'm looking to start an online job site for my industry. The usual features need to be included, I like the layout of Must include Employers page, rates etc for easy access. Payment via Paypal for Employers. Employees can also pay to have upgrades like priority listing or bold text etc in searches. [login to view URL] The twist I want is for job seeker to be able to post their CV online and also post youtube / metacafe video introducing themselves. That way employers can see and hear them immediately to see if that's what they want. Employers can search for type of job seeker they are looking for and a list of CVs will appear with the youtube video on the side so they can immediately see the person's face and click play if they want to view video. I only want someone who already has a working job site script that i can buy and then he has to do the "upgrade". Pls show me your demo in your bid. Thanks
