Need high end website very creative

We are needing bids for a high class restaurant. This website is needing a great creative designer to put together a one of a kind site. We will be using images and pictures from the actual restaurant not stock photos. The website should be classy minimalist and rich in color. You will see what they currently have in the attached document. You will also see an example site that the owners are in love with. We will try to put together more sites that admired by the client in the next few days. You will need to also build minor content admin area for the owner to be able to login and change just the body text paragraph not the whole page or images. We will also need a basic events calendar with monthly view for them to update also. Yes you can use third party scripts if needed, just let us know. Be ready to touch up raw photos, make mockups, be patient for design approval, make creative flash navigation. You will also have to setup on our host server. They might need up to 5 panoramic images of the rooms in the different dinning areas. We will consider these 360 panoramic extra and outside of this scope but please be ready if they would like to add. The bidder will have to submit one or two mockups of the quality they can provide and the creativity of what we have diclosed so far. The mockup will be need to include the restaurant logo which you will see is the name cursive. It will also need to incorporate the pear on the first redirect page. Please watermark your work in some way so everyone is honest and there are no conflicts. The reason we are requesting the mockup is because we are firm believers that the site our client is looking for will come natural from a creative person and we have to see who can do more than just html. The budget cannot be more than 500-1000. but quality and creativity is more important than money on this project. We should setup a 4 stage payment structure. 10,25,25,40=100% ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
