Custom Flash Interface

I need an application created that will allow me to enter some text and select certain flash files on my harddrive to be able to output everything into a custom player that will play the flash files and allow someone to interact with them. * Please see the attached JPG file for a mock-up of the interface of the outputted Flash Player that this app will create. ** The mock-up image is only for reference. I would like to have a professional design created for the overall interface. *** Please see the attached text file for FULL SPECIFICATIONS. I did not have enough room to enter them here and if you are only reading this text it won't make any sense! I also would like (if possible) the new jscript work-around added that allows these videos to be played in someone's browser without them having to click to activate the active X control (or whatever the browser message is.) I may have some minor additions for the app but this is 95% of what I want it to do. I think it's important that the Flash player interface has a very professional design (I don't care too much about the application interface that has me enter the chapter names, etc.) I am also looking for someone that can create this application VERY QUICKLY. I am more concerned with speed and quality than I am with the cheapest bid. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows XP
