DIV Layer Tweaks Needed for Win/Mac

I have some HTML templates that are generic -- I use a utility to put text into them, creating static HTML pages. In order to put a headline over the header graphic, I created a layer with DIV and put the headline text in that. So far, so good. The problem is that when I put the headline DIV in the correct spot for viewing in Windows IE, it's in the wrong spot for Mac Safari (and Windows Firefox). I'm pretty sure that one set of CSS code will work for both, but I've been banging my head against it for several hours and have decided to ask for help. Here is the page: [login to view URL] That looks good in Windows IE, but in Windows Firefox and Mac Safari the headline text seems to be "tied" to the left side of the browser window, not the left side of the parent DIV. I need the simplest solution possible to make the headline look good on WIndows and Mac -- simple because I'll be adding the solution to the other 9 templates I have sitting here. =:) ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows?
