Add functionality to custom News/Blog system

You can see this site in action at http://www.littlesaints.net. I want to be able to use this as a blog system for a personal website. I need the following added to this system that I coded: • User registration system • Comments section • Category addition User system: A user registration addition for users to register on this site so they can add news, comments Users can be assigned as a user or admin, so two types of users Comments section: A comment section needs to be added to so that readers can comment on the stories. • Comments will show up under the story as a link and , sub-comments can be added to a comment of a story and will be shown in a tree format under the original comment • Registered users can leave comments without image verification and the comments will be shown under the story. • Guests can leave comments using a new addition of image verification in form like here > [login to view URL] Categories addition: I need to a categories section added to the admin area that can be controlled from the admin area and show as a menu under the main, right side navigation on the front page. • Categories will show up in alphabetical order • The news section needs to be altered so the stories show up as • The stories are utilizing mod_rewrite and the categories need to do the same thing • An example of this would be: • The category is politics and the story is “my thoughts on the American president??, the link would look like this: • [login to view URL] The max bid for this is $250.00 and all communication and work will be done on your server or localhost. Your code will be professional and commented. A list of scripts that are added will be made. A list of scripts that are changed will also be made. Attached is the system that I coded. In the root folder is a file called [login to view URL], which can be used to install this system!
