Creating Drafts

I need to create drafts for my website which users can save any content they are creating. if users are writing anything, it will be saved and users can post their content at their convenient time. There should be automatic save which there content to be saved. Also i need to change some pages on the website which needs to be moved to a different location. There needs to a little editing for the comments display in the post. And on one page that is uploaded, users should be able to enable and disable comments. Last, I need there to be two tabs for the content on the website. When a user uploads content, there should be two tabs: one for the content and another tab for the comments. There will be a little more work but will be explained in detail later.
