SQL 2000 BLOB (Image Stream C++)

I am currently using an SQL2000 DB and I have a few Images stored as BLOBS. I need a C/C++ CGI APP that will run under windows 2000 (IIS5.0) that will pull out the images and stream them to a browser. Create a C/C++ CGI APP that will pull 5 images and some basic text from an SQL2000 DB and display all five images and text in a browser as an html page. I would like the images to be streamed to the browser instead of writing the BLOB to the disk. I will provide a 30$ bonus if finished with in 24 hours of bid acceptance 1. Create CGI App. 2.
