desktop programm with gui, which will convert a frame based website to a table or layer based website.
example: frame based website with top frame, left frame and center frame. it will convert this to a basic table structure with 1 row and 2 columns, depending on the frame definition. if this can not be done with html tables, maybe it can be done with layers (aboslut positions, website aligned left).
how this could be done and how the gui should look like has not been yet analyzed in detail. is part of the project.
maybe there are 2 windows. left window is showing the frame structure. right site we have every html site of the frame based site. with drag and drop, the sites can be moved to the correct frame. output should be a nice, correct linked and working frameless website (version 1 not taking into any javascripts or serverside includes).
