bot to crawl classifieds ads & post to classifieds script

hello I need a bot that can crawl a few classifieds sites copy text copy pictures post text & pictures to a classifieds script the bot can be written from scratch or modified please do not bid out of my set budget please do not bid if you are unable to complete project in the near future the classifieds script is made in php, but I am open to bot in other language 1. Then post the ads on classifieds script [login to view URL] [login to view URL] bot should not post ads that do not have phone numbers or email addresses. The bot should should post ads in appropriate location & category, only 7 categories. The bot should post most recent ads. The bot should post pictures along with ads. The bot should not repeat ads with same number or email. The bot should be easy to use & make sense. The bot should should be able to crawl & post on a schedule, The bot should be able to pick locations by selecting or deselecting a check box for location & category & how man ads total to be crawled & posted before stopping. Project is easy for someone that has the skills, expertise & knowledge, if you don't project will be hard. I have access to admin panel so no captcha, Bot should be built into my admin panel so that no database is needed. Example of bot steps : bot will go to website < city vibe or backpage > The bot will pick 1 of approx 54 locations ,< cities > The bot will pick a sub location The bot will go to category ex : < erotic services, women for men , body rubs > The bot will copy ad text & pictures the bot will go to classifieds script The bot will go to matching location < city > The bot will go to matching category ex : < erotic services, women for men , body rubs > The bot will post ad text & picture
