Lip-Sync in Flash MX

This is the first part of a larger project, which is why I desire someone with ASP or ASP.NET/VB.NET experience. This project may require a program to preproccess the audio file before passing it to Flash. I am looking to duplicate the functionality demonstarted on the web site [[login to view URL]][1]. I don't need a clone of that site just the animation. Generally what I'm looking for is an animated person's face in Flash MX to automatically lip-sync to any given audio file. The face must react to the audio file not just move the mouth randomly and should be reasonably accurate. I will require commented source code explaining how the code works with instructions on how to insert a face of my own design. If a 3rd party comoponent is necessary, this may be okay but I'd like to know in advance so I can decide if the product is viable for my situation. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. **(No GPL, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer** on the site). ## Platform WIN/ASP on backend but should be platform independant, since it's coded in Flash.
