IIS rewrite install

I own a site at vacationrentaldirect.com. The site is coded in ASP and is hosted at easy-cgi.com. The problem is that the URLs are not search engine friendly, so many of the pages do not get spidered by google very easily. I was thinking of using IIsrewrite to make the URLs search engine friendly. More information can be found here: [login to view URL] I am open to other suggestions. Especially if you know of anything that is free. My webhost (easy-cgi) has said this: "You will have to upload the dll and it's required files to a directory in your website directory. We will register the dll on the server and this should all IIS Rewrite to work for you." The coder will have to work with them to get the software installed on the server and then work extensively to make sure that it will work with my website and not muck anything up. I don't have any experience with rewrites, so I need some help on this one. I am looking for someone who has experience and someone who has many favorable ratings and someone who is fast and very good! Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
