71439 Update PHP Site

Hello, I have a good website, [login to view URL] and I would like someone to fix up the last page, winners, on this page it will display the winners and have a featured winner at the top, in which you will have to add into the current admin section, all i need to be able to do is add a photo of the winner and write text to be next to it. The rest fo the winners will only need to display there names (first and last) and their location (e.g. Guildford, Surrey) My last programmer who built the rest of the site fails to reply now-a-days. They also need to make the pages that have static content but are created dynamically become completely static (better for search engines) For a real pro these fixes I get a lot of work that could be yours, just keep in contact prefferably via MSN messenger and I will let you know when new work becomes availible.
