PHP / Jquery coding

Hello, i am building a website with which i need help. It is not a big site. I need several functions: admin & client part of the site client part --------------- ticketmanagement : simple ticket management, user should be able to post a ticket for help (date, subject, message, priority), admin should be able to reactie to these order management : a user should be able to select a postal code, postal code with radius, or cities (i have all these values in a table) to define an order a user should also be able to import an excel sheet with values like postal codes to define an order orders can be copied to other dates admin part: --------------------- client management : admin must be able to define clients, and per client one or more contactpersons, each with an own unique login id and password ticket management : admin should be able to see tickets and to respond to them order management : admin should be able to see orders and to see an individual order Around the end of this week i will also receive data about how to transfer data from this site to another and to receive it as well so the results can be shown on my site. Nice job, not big, tables are present allready, as well as a lot of coding. I am using a template from Themeforest. Like to see some honest (!) bids ? Kind regards, Barry
