Small 2 bedroom terrace in Carlton. Needs to be dusted, have carpet pulled up, kitchen cabinets and furniture removed to skip with other abandoned items. After removal sweep , dust and clean windows. Some furniture will remain and will need to be moved around whilst clearing plaace It is a job for TWO people who are fits/strong. It should take a few hours. You will need brooms , shovel, barrow etc. The cleaning work is not skilled. I am prepared to pay to $25/hour for the right person ( more if you do some skilled work as well on site) Other work available more skilled eg fence replacement, painting etc

Moreover, we love to do the mundane job such as cleaning and tidying up a house. Because for us, it will improve our household skill that will be beneficial for us in the future.
