In 2020-2022, I was primary on a project which migrated 18-SOLARIS SERVERS + ORACLE, from SOLARIS to RHEL. The Timeline you propose here is NOT POSSIBLE. It would take longer than 7-days to even begin to comprehend the scope of your need, and; copying ORACLE databases from one place to another is a time consuming process that is NOT fast - by any sense. Even moving ORACLE CODE from one machine to another - with an expert Oracle DBA - and familiarity with your PL/SQL code -would require, all by itself, WEEKS. If coding must be changed ANYWHERE in this project, TESTING would be required; and expected test results - for instance - would need definition. Even mere copying of existing SOLARIS and ORACLE code, with NO CHANGE AT ALL, would require more time than you are anticipating here. Truly, I am not - alone - capable of this migration.
