I tested c++ version of face dtector with opencv and it'll take less than a day to make c# version of it. To be clear, the output face image will be porttion of original image in rectangle where the face is. considering the accuracy of opencv, I can put some margin which can be adjusted as input parameter. So the output image will be slightly larger than face itself.
