PLEASE: do NOT send generic responses as I WILL ignore them and WILL disqualify your bid. This is a greenfield opportunity and WILL be awarded to those that prove that they have proven DIRECT experience to show. Develop a cloud based product using Django to: 1. allow customer to subscribe and validate email to create new account. 2. accept customer details like address and contact information 3. Allow them to top-up to retrieve credits after topping up via 3rd party payment gateway engine (we don't want to store any sensitive credit card data) 4. When topping up allo the system to be able to configure multiple topup optons like: xx dollars = yyyy credits. 5. customer needs to be able to see their topup history and credit usage. 6. Provide a secure API to allow 3rd party to be able to: verify number of credits remaining on this system approve or reject a payment from this system, then make necessary deduction from the number of credits remaining. So all customer details and management of credit is done by this system. Need to provide a secure login system for each validated client. This project is full stack (ie frontend and backend work is required).

Hi! I am an experienced django developer. The last my project was dedicated to making out an accountant system in Serbia, based on django. I also helped in developing some open source django modules. I see that your projects consists of at least: 1. client part with registration and credits tracking/history/topup via external payment system that we will have to select. 2. Payment system integration 3. REST API/other type interface for external systems that can get payments with your credits, i.e. check whether a custom has enough credits and decrease the amount of them upon sale. Probably, payment returns and a seller interface would be also considered. A big issue to face acroos all the system is safety. There are several ways to resolve it, incl. e.g. encryption in API for external seller systems. I would be glad to work on your project.
