Musician/arranger for making midi files

We are looking for a musician/arranger who can produce midi files for us on a regular basis (at least 1 song title per week).This always concerns existing song titles in various genres. E.g. Dutch, German, Oldies, Country and international hit chart song titles. Above all, you have to be an above-average musician who is able to play tracks as if he/she was part of the band that played the original title. It's all about the musical qualities. You don't have to be a sound engineer or computer programmer. You will be part of a team working together on a product that will be offered to our customers in different formats. Think of Roland, Yamaha, Korg and GM compatible instruments. As an arranger you must also be able to give musical interpretation to parts that are not or cannot be heard in the original. For example, think of a musical ending if there is a fade-out in the original. Of course you must have sufficient technical knowledge of MIDI so your qualities as a musician are correctly recorded as a MIDI sequence. This in a pre-agreed format (Roland Canvas or GM2).
