Design and develop a consumer app that will enable a consumer to make sound purchasing decisions for a car using aggregate data from used car sales, auctions, dealer prices and incentives and allow the consumer the flexibility and ability to input and modify variables such as the number of miles for the car, the sale price, trade-in price, interest rate and loan terms. The application should also be able to compare cars and the sales against geographies and zip codes. The application should be portable between iOS (iPhone, iPad) and Android phone and tablets. In addition to engaging UI the app should provide for a way to search and compare dealer incentives, manufactures incentives and rebates, and provided a way for the consumers to easily share the sale info or interest on the expected purchase with other users and get an immediate feedback. The application to be designed and developed with easy ways to also dynamically engage and optimize incentives between auto dealers based on the users locality or geographically location. Backed data consideration for historic and business intelligence to be considered.
