Geolocation counting apps

Hello: I need a project of a Android and IOS apps. I need someone who have CODE DONE BEFORE, so can use code in order to finish the project on 3 days. It is absolutelly necessary to be finish in 3 days, if not will not pay for the job. Please leave out if you can´t do it in 3 days. A)App Android: 1.-Register as user with confirmation user by email. 2.-The Admin creates a “location place where he wants to check how many people are there”, let say for example “Madrid”. 3.-The user logs on the app, then joins one option, for example “Madrid”. 4.-The app uses the google map API. Then gets the position of the person on the map every 5 minutes. 5.-The app counts how many people are logged on “Madrid” . 6.-The app has a database of how many people are on time, and their GPS coordinates. 7.-The app ´s data base is constantly updating. Will show the number of people conected and the top number of users conected. 8.-This info will be linked to the website. 9.-The app has to be installed on Android Market. C)Database with both apps info, this file is conected to the website [login to view URL] (this is only a link to the site) wich will automaticly give a map of all the points of the person. This map given by [login to view URL] is going to be placed on our website, also with the number of people conected.
