CREATE A RTS GAME In Unity

Hi, we are looking for a game dev studio to fully develop a RTS game, you will create the concept art, do the modeling, animations, programming etc. my only job will be investing in the project. to give you a simple overview The game must be made in unity You need to use this engine: [login to view URL]!/content/79732 the game needs to be clone of command and conquer generals, but only in the way the game is played, so we are actually creating a new game with new units etc. but it needs to play and feel like you are playing generals. there will be 3 factions, each with their own units armies and looks the quality must be on par with generals 2 The budget for this project is between 1000 euro to 2000 euro.
