Hi!
I submitted my App (Game) to the Apple Store, and the first time it got approved. The Game is this one: [login to view URL]
The Game contains photos of soccer players that I obtained using Yahoo Image Search using the license filter set to "Free to share, modify and use commercially."
In the Apple Store, there are plenty of casual apps and games that use this type of images.
Now, I am trying to publish a newer version of the Game to the Apple store, but the Game gets rejected. I did not include any new images. This is the message I got from Apple:

4. 1 Design: Copycats
Guideline 4.1 - Design - Copycats
Your app or its metadata appears to contain misleading content.
Specifically, your app includes content that resembles soccer players without the necessary authorization.
Next Steps
You may attach documentary evidence in the App Review Information section in App Store Connect. In accordance with section 3.2(f) of the Apple Developer Program License Agreement, you acknowledge that submitting falsified or fraudulent documentation can result in the termination of your Apple Developer Program account and the removal of your apps from the App Store. Once Legal has reviewed your documentation and confirms its validity, we will proceed with the review of your app.
Alternatively, please remove the third-party content from your app and its metadata.
Since your App Store Connect status is Metadata Rejected, we do NOT require a new binary. To revise the metadata, visit App Store Connect to select your app and revise the desired metadata values. Once you’ve completed all changes, reply to this message in Resolution Center and we will continue the review."

The goal of your work would be getting my new version App/Game published in the Apple Store.
