App Built to compare prices from certain shops

Hi, please read carefully. I'm looking for a App built that will allow me to scan the barcode on an item using the camera (example, a video game barcode) I then want it to produce a list consisting of certain shops BUY and SELL price (Cex, ziffit, music magpie etc) I will give you the stores that I want to use on the app. As an example; I scan the barcode on an item using my camera. My item stays on the screen to the left to be compared to another list on the right which will be filled with various shops that I will provide you. Next to the names of these shops will be their buy and sell price for the item that I have scanned. The prices on these websites of shops i'll be providing you will update daily so this will need to reflect within the app (i.e not break after the first day) I will need it for Android and full source code.
