Andiod MOS Mobile app with Report form & Map, and which Works with BLE beacons

I) Mobile app should include the followings: 1) Report a problem form, which appears when you press any of the points on the map. It should enable the user: ** to attach a text with detailed description of the problem. ** to choose a specific point on the map where the broken sewing machine is located. ** to choose the category of damage to the broken sewing machine by clicking on this like space ◻. When the repair crew finds a broken machine, he or she should be able to choose between “repairing on the spot ◻” or “taking to the repair shop ◻”. The former means mild damage and the latter means serious damage. ** to add additional commentaries from different users below the report (and accordingly to see your and other people’s commentaries). 2) Map of a 1-story garment factory - a garment factory with sewing machines located on specific points. If you have trouble with imagining what a garment factory looks like, google “garment factory” and look at the first pictures. Consider the following when working on the map: ** I will give you access to the server where you can take the map and list of points. ** For now start with a total of 100 points. Moreover, I should be able to manually enter the points on the map and change them whenever I want. ** The factory map should open full screen when clicked. ** The repair crew members should be able to choose any point on the map for the report (repeating). ** Every point should be numerized (1 - 100 for now) 3) Login section should include the followings: ** name, family name and father’s name (the latter you can think of as a middle name, which should be also included (nonobligatory) with rare exceptions when a person does not have father’s name). ** position of the user. The list will be given on the server. 5) JS and CSS should be output to a separate folder (/css и /js) 6) Make the app user friendly, because mostly lamers will use it. 7) The mobile app should work only on Android! No IOS or other MOS. 8) No need to heavily focus on design. Acceptability is enough. There, sewing machines sometimes break. And repair crew members patrol the whole factory. They want to find the machines which are about to break, little broken, or heavily broken. The issue here is that bosses don’t know how often they break, how many machines are about to break, how many are medium, how many are heavily broken (statistics). Moreover, the bosses don’t know what time is needed to repair the machines. Therefore, I want a mobile app which helps to coordinate repair crew members and bosses in their effort to quickly respond to the problem of breaking sewing machines. So in general, the mobile app should help the repair crew to navigate in the garment factory among the sewing machines with attached BLE beacons, identify the broken machine and report the problem. The app also should help bosses to visualize the current conditions of the sewing machines and know who repaired them and when.
