Advanced Config Remote Security camera

You need to know routers front and back. IP cameras and associated apps. ddns behind another ddns. Mobile hotspots. Android config. You're setting up remote access to an IP camera that's behind 1) Android device with 4glte hotspot capable with teamviewer access 2) Netgear WNCE2001 - this device is connecting to the hotspot #1 3) netgear WNR2000 - this device gains access from #2 4) ip PTZ camera connects via cat5 to #3 Right now I'm able to connect from my remote location into and through 1 -> 2 -> 3 and gain access to a pc on the #3 network using teamviewer or ddns, Also ddns is working fine to access router #3, #4 is visible and accessible by first controlling the pc on #3 then viewing camera using IE on the same network pc and going to local [login to view URL] IP address) >>BUT<< I can't from a remote location access the IP camera without using the local PC to do so. This is not what I want. I need 1-4 to be completely independent of another computer or hardwired internet connection and access the camera.
