Simple BlackBerry GPS App

I need a simple BlackBerry application that will run on OS5+ 1. User will install the app and login once with a username and password. 2. When the user arrives on client site opens app, clicks on a button which will get the current GPS coordinate and send it via internet connection to a web service (simple POST together with the username). I will provide the backend to start the coordinates. The button will turn green "RED" indicating an open session. 3. when complete click on the button again and send the GPS coordinates again with the username to the server. Button to turn back to "grey" rest state. We will use the GPS + timestamps to compile reports for our employees and how much time they spend on site. I just need the app written in J2ME for BlackBerry OS 5+. I will provide the backend to log the coordinates, time and username in the database you just need to do the app.
