I have a list of email address whom I contact on a daily basis. I want to create a macro where if I try to send email to a person who is not in the list, the outlook will give me a warning message.

I do some similar work everyday. I have made it easier by creating a macro which automatically adds all the email addresses, and the CC's plus the content: -greetings, e.g Good Morning, Good Afternoon, depending on the time of the day the email is being send. -well paragraphed response -signature with bold, underline, italized etc I believe I have a perfect solution to this.
