I am looking for a reliable customer service representative whose duties include answering incoming calls and dispatching drivers. This role is integral to ensuring smooth operations within my company and is thus critical that the candidate can effectively multitask. Core Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls diligently and professionally. - Immediately dispatching drivers following customer requests. - Accurately documenting each call by recording: * Time of the call * The content of the inquiry * Detailed caller information * Any necessary follow-up actions to be taken - Dealing appropriately with emergency situations or unexpected delays that arise. Ideal Candidate Skills & Experience: - MUST SPEAK SPANISH & ENGLISH - Have impeccable communication skills in order to respond effectively to customer queries. - Be able to tactfully handle emergencies or unexpected delays. - Be organized, as this role entails keeping detailed call notes and managing multiple tasks at once. - Any experience in a similar role or customer service is a plus.
