Hello, i have 13 yrs of qualitative experience in Automotive sheet metal Part design and its Development. Using CAD we were used to Design and Develop Stamping Tools for Sheetmetal Parts and also worked on Hyper form Simulation Software used for Forming analysis of Sheetmetal part's observe the how the Sheetmetal part behaves in forming operation, like streching ,wrinkling, cracks, thinning and thickening or folding. we were used Sheetmetal materials like DD, EDD,DD1070,D513,E34,E42,HSLA,Fe420,Alluminium etc. of various thicknesses.
