Hello, We wanted to create dynamic form builders where the admin can create dynamic forms using prebuilt control and other users can use those forms to fill up the information and save it to the system. 1. User managements 2. Authentication 3. Authorization based on user role wise permission management of different modules 4. Create dynamic forms using basic control like Inputbox, checkbox, radio buttons,date picker, dropdown, heading and content area etc basic controls to build forms 5. User will search the load the form from created form based on department and user access rights and choose the form and load form from tablet/mobile and fillup form and submit it. 6. Web Portal will have backend UI from where user can search, view/update/delete all the forms submitted data based on user access rights. 7. Offline support: App will have PWA functionality and data will be saved to the device and sync to the server when the device has an internet Platform Web Portal - where admin will create the dynamic forms Tablet/Mobile - where the user will search the form using different criteria like search by department etc and load the form and submit it. Technology: Preferred MEANSTACK but open for other suggestions. Detailed required will be discussed with shortlisted candidates.
