Differentiate two functions for me, write it up in LaTeX, then code it as a function in MATLAB -- 3

I need you to find the first and second derivative wrt to sigma and rho, and also d/d rho d sigma (so differentiate rho first, then sigma or other way around) i need you to write up your working out in LaTeX, and not change around the order of the pronumerals too much. Then I would like you to create them as functions in MATLAB. Each of them will be wrt to two variables, rho and sigma (in MATLAB) I have attached the function below
