Department - Marketing & Corporate Communication
Position Title – Consultant MarTech
Experience required - 5 to 10 years with at least 5 years’ experience in Marketing automation, Digital Campaigns etc
Responsibilities
Manage the marketing technology projects (app, content platform, web assets) being implemented at channel & organizational level
Work with external partners consulting firms, Martech/fintech partners, agencies to lead or drive marketing representation on digital enablement, delivery projects
Work closely with channel marketing & business teams on Martech initiatives or work as marketing POC in cross functional enterprise-wide projects
Coordinate with IT teams for platform specific design changes
Work closely with internal & external delivery teams to perform the following tasks:
A/B testing of creative/ content across multiple platforms including website, apps, content sharing platform (advisor portals), customer self-service portal
Core understanding & experience in implementing AI/ML driven successful Marketing/Sales projects.
Experience in CDP implementation including requirement gathering, use case development, documentation and reporting for marketing/personalization projects working with IT, Martech, Project Management vendors to lay the foundation for omni-channel marketing campaigns
Preferable to have worked in Adobe Experience Cloud stack - AEM, Adobe Target, Adobe Campaigns
Relationship management with internal technology users and vendor management
Skills Required
Technical
Hands-on experience of running digital marketing campaigns
Working knowledge of automated platforms such as Adobe Campaign manager, Google Campaign Manager, DV 360, Last click, DDA optimization, A/B testing platforms - Adobe Target/Google Optimize etc.
Worked on AI/ML Marketing/Sales projects
Ability to convert digital insights/ data trends into actionable items
Should possess good communication skills and ability to apply learning into campaigns that strengthen agent/ customer connect/ drive cross sell opportunities
Inquisitive and willingness to learn and embrace new age marketing tools
Worked on multiple A/B test activities using adobe target, worked on multiple personalization use cases using 3rd party CDP and Adobe target. worked on adobe launch rules configuration for user behavioural tracking and loyalty member status tracking
