Looking for a manufacturer with CNC wire bending machinery to manufacture a line of wire card holders for our company. We have been working with a handmade craftsperson to create these holders in the past, but he is no longer able to keep up with the quantity/demand. Our clients love these holders and we're confident this will continue to be a growing line for our store. Initial Need: 1000 4-inch tall gold wire holders 1000 4-inch tall silver wire holders If the initial production of these holders is a success, we would love to expand the line into other shapes (infinity, heart etc). When responding please provide us with your cost estimate as well as any minimum order requirements. We can mail you a physical sample of our current handmade product if needed.

Hello, I have gone through your requirements and both the images and I would like to make a suggestion that if this product is required in large quantities it would be best to be produced by using special Die/tooling made for the card holder rather than CNC machine. The tool investment would be in order of 2000-3000 USD and then thousands of piece can be made per week. Tool life is typically for 1 Million pieces. Also the per piece cost will be significantly lower when made using special tooling rather than CNC or manually. However if you are not willing to invest in tooling it will still be cheaper to produce manually as labor cost in India is substantially lower as compared to US. Exact pricing for per piece can only be quoted when I have either a drawing or physical sample with me but it should be less than $1.5. Best regards Anuj Garg

I have seen your requirement and have contacted manufacture i know. he has given me approximate price 1400$. the price is calculated based upon 2mm wire. to get exact price manufacturer needs length of wire per piece and size of the wire. Kindly let me know these 2 things to get you exact price. Hoping to get a positive reply from your side.
