I need someone with human resources background. I will you give you a job and i need the following. - A role play that demonstrates what the individual you chose does in his/her job, and the environment in which he/she works (let the audience guess what he/she does!!) •a brief overview of your methods used for the job analysis following the roleplay, and the elements of your recruitment program and selection program. Do not include all of your interview questions or transcripts, but do include critical points. Do include your job description, recruitment ad(s), sample test questions, consolidation/integration efforts, and any other relevant materials.
